I’m here for a week for work, and it’s been an enjoyable stay. The apartment is spacious, with two floors in each unit, a duplex. It’s in a quiet area, with about five restaurants, two cafes, and one Seven Eleven within a 300m walk. Taxis and motorcycle taxis pass every 1-2 minutes. I also visited Town In Town, 1.5km away, for a nice dinner with colleagues.

We paid a premium $876 AUD for seven nights for four people, but left on day four. The room was nice enough, but not clean, the bed was terribly hard, and the TV didn’t work. We had just one coffee cup and two sets of forks and spoons. Toilet paper kept running out because no one came to clean the room or top up the amenities. There was only one key set for four people, so if one of us was out, the others couldn’t get out. In a fire, we’d be done. There was never any front desk staff around to help. To ask for anything, you have to press the call button outside, but without the key you can’t get out, and if anyone does answer, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. The whole experience was horrible. Stay away.

After check-in, you’re left to manage on your own, with no support or anyone to contact. The shower broke, and the bedroom air conditioning didn’t work.
