Dusit Thani Bangkok

The only little thing I'd change is the elevator floor signage. It's too small and set too low, so it's hard to read. Everything else about my four days at Dusit Thani Bangkok was memorable. My corner room felt like a peaceful retreat, with generous space, refined materials, thoughtful design, and a panoramic view of Lumpini Park. The Devarana Wellness Spa was perfect from the welcome through the treatments. The therapists were remarkable. Khun Pim deserves a special mention: she could find and release muscle tension without me even telling her where it hurt, a rare talent. Léa from the front desk management team was also professional, warm, and especially efficient, and made a real difference to my stay. The staff were attentive and genuinely keen to make every moment pleasant. The breakfast buffet was varied, delicious, and exceptionally good, easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for its comfort, elegance, and service, and I'll gladly return to Bangkok.

Jain in the club on the 39th floor was amazing. Every night she remembered everything about us, including that my wife is gluten-free. She's management material, and Dusit Thani is lucky to have her. The room was stunning, from the views to the quality fixtures, with the mall attached and a roof top bar too. Gold members get picked up at the airport in their Porsche, which was a super nice touch. We've stayed in 4-5 star places all over the world, but nothing has matched this. The staff were top quality from the moment we arrived until we left. Thanks, Dusit! We'll be back again and again.

The view is beautiful, and the infinity-view pool and its bar are for hotel guests only. Spa visitors and other non-staying guests have to use a separate seating area. The property connects directly to a large luxury mall and also has a rooftop garden on the 7th floor. Some floors are restricted to hotel guests, which gives the place a good level of privacy. Excellent service, a wonderful room, and an outstanding location.

After our five-night stay, here's part two of my TripAdvisor review from February 2026. I was totally 'Disappointed' that, after searching and searching, I couldn't find any 'cracks' in the customer service. Their hospitality even extended to the airport departure hall for club room guests. The staff are clearly the foundation and support columns here. Well done! Kanakwan at Dusit Gormet deserves a mention too. She patiently took our pastry order and arranged a 6.55 am pick-up the next day. Wonderful customer service. You have to try the hotel to understand and enjoy my experience. One thing to add: to keep its standards ahead of its peers, management needs to maintain the furnishings and fixtures. The bathroom grouting was cracking, and the front door latch-lock was broken in my room. A few more rooms in the building may be in the same condition.
