The staff are lovely, the rooms are reasonably priced, and both the service and location are good. There are plenty of laundrettes and restaurants nearby, along with some good hairdressers.

The staff were very nice, though the night man doesn’t speak English. There’s a nice lobby, but no elevator and five floors. The room is simple and clean, with some signs of wear and a pink wall. The bed is harder, maybe like a futon, but it was okay for me. I missed having soap, and you can hear the traffic. There’s a 1000 baht deposit. I’ll come back.

We had a spacious room for three, with a small fridge, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. The guesthouse looks newly renovated and was clean. Cable and Wi-Fi are free, and there’s a washer and dryer guests can use, which came in handy. It’s centrally located, about 1km from the BTS station. A great option in Bangkok if you don’t want to spend much.

The room is modern and really clean, and there are lots of local restaurants nearby. It’s right in the heart of Bangkok, about a five-minute walk to the MRT and ten minutes to the BTS. Everything here is nice.
