Fellows House

I stayed for 9 days and loved it. It’s a great price with great amenities, and the modern interior feels cozy. The hostel is NEW IN TOWN, very clean, and well looked after, with staff around regularly making sure everything stays spotless. The rooms, toilets, and common areas were all great. It’s away from the busy tourist spots, but getting around is easy since the metro is right in front of the entrance. A good choice for coworking or digital nomads, especially for a longer Bangkok stay.

My boyfriend and I tried several neighborhoods and hostels in Bangkok, and this ended up being our favorite. The service was the best I’ve experienced, really attentive. The beds were super comfy, both the double and the bunk, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. It’s peaceful and quiet, a good fit for digital nomads or anyone who likes that kind of setting. Free water and coffee are available all day.

At $7 a night, this was amazing value for the comfort and service. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help with everything I needed, and the staff were super helpful too. Fellows House itself is cozy and inviting, with a very clean bedroom and bathroom. The street nearby can make it a bit noisy, but that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.

It’s calm enough to work here, and people often stay longer, so there’s less turnover and a quieter feel. There are usually people up late, which means it doesn’t feel eerie at night, though it’s still usually quiet. The facilities are genuinely good quality, and the staff are easygoing, even about late check-out. It’s a bit far from the centre if you want to explore a lot, but the more local setting is nice. Only suggestion: a fan in the bathrooms, since they can get hot.
