GM Serviced Apartment Hotel

We lived at GM for eight months in a two-bedroom apartment, and it really felt like home. The team there was wonderful, always dedicated and smiling, and they helped us whenever we needed something. We'll miss the facilities too, especially the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. If we come back to live in Bangkok, GM will be our place.

I had a really bad experience with the receptionists, especially the women, who were very disrespectful. Housekeeping kept taking very expensive things from us. When we raised it, they lied and accused us of taking things like plates. As we tried to explain, they made us pay for missing items that weren't even there.

I stayed in a one-room unit for a few months while living abroad. It was spacious, and the security and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from BTS, but they run a TukTuk service from around 7am to 7pm. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the gym, yoga studio, and pool are nice for exercise or relaxing. The furnishings are a little old, though clean enough and still usable. For simple cooking, there was a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, and utensils, as well as a mini fridge and washer. The soundproofing wasn't great, so I had to get used to loud neighbors and noises through the partition walls, probably water running and things like that.

My family and I had a good stay. The rooms were clean, and the BTS station, 7/11, and restaurants were all within walking distance.
