My wife, our 18 months daughter, and I were left standing outside late in the process after arriving with a confirmed, prepaid booking. Even after I showed them the Agoda confirmation and payment, the hotel couldn't find our reservation. I had to leave them there while I went to ask a local street vendor for a nearby room, then pay cash to book it. This was the worst hotel booking experience of my life. They don't deserve even one star, and should be banned.

We arrived at midnight with our baby and a booking we'd already paid for, but there was nobody to deal with check-in. We stood outside the gate like fools. A QR code on the wall sent us to download Line and go through app verification, but it was all a waste: they then said they had no booking for us and every room was full. The worst experience ever. If they can't sort things out digitally, they should at least have a staff member available to answer questions.

I only booked the room to wait for my night bus, so I didn't stay overnight. Check-in was easy and the location was good, but the hallways and room had a noticeable stench. It was too dirty for me to come back.

There's plenty of space, and the equipment all works fine. The decor is pretty average.

The family running this place doesn't respond to problems or seem to care. The bathroom had a big puddle, they wouldn't even give us extra towels to clean it up, and it smelled like rotten garbage. There was dirt on the floor too. I guess it's not so bad apart from all that? This was the worst room I've ever rented, and saving a few bucks wasn't worth it.
