Hansar Bangkok Hotel

I arrived 30 minutes before check-in and my room was already ready. During Valentine’s weekend, I asked the hotel to order flowers and chocolate. They had the flowers ready and said the chocolates weren’t possible, but a little while after I got to my room, they sent chocolates up anyway. Later, when the food we ordered came without dishes or silverware, the staff were happy to bring some up late at night. The room was clean and amazing to stay in, truly soundproof, with a great view. I also loved the open-air hallway design. The service, location, accommodation, atmosphere, and everything else were perfect for what I wanted to do. I’d definitely stay here again. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend.

The air conditioning gets insanely cold, and the room was huge, clean, and lovely, with a huge toilet, two basins, a bathtub, and a glass door. It was well kept, and cleanliness was excellent. There are two TVs with YouTube and Netflix. The staff were friendly, and the cleaner was very polite. The massage was really good and very professional. I had an aromatherapy massage and another one, a Thai massage. Go for the Thai massage. I’ll definitely come back.

The room made it easy to settle in: lots of space, spotless, and a bed that gave me one of my best nights of sleep in Bangkok. I also spent time in the well-kept spa, which has a steam room and sauna, and the gym is especially good, with quality Hammer Strength equipment. The staff were accommodating and professional. They could arrange an early check-in or late checkout when available, so let them know ahead of time. A very comfortable stay with strong facilities and service.

We spent six nights here. The rooms feel a little dated, but everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and I appreciated the pillow menu. Staff were wonderful, and the location worked perfectly, with malls within walking distance and the BTS just around the corner. The pool was so cold in January that we didn't use it as much as we'd hoped. Just a small drawback, though. For us, the hotel still earns five stars across the board.
