Hotel Wizpark Ratchada

I loved this hotel and would definitely come back. It’s affordable, with big, clean rooms, good service, and friendly people available around the clock. The security staff were helpful too, whether pointing me the right way or carrying my suitcase. During my nine-day stay I went to Koh Samet for two days, and they were perfectly fine with me checking out in the middle and leaving my luggage there. The laundry service is cheap and easy to use, and staff can clean your room as late as 4pm if you want to sleep in. The only little downside for me was hearing some cars at night. I’m sensitive to noise, so earplugs would solve that. It’s also a beautiful hotel, and the rooms are spacious.

After a tiring workday or trip, it’s so handy to order pad thai through the counter set up for Grab food delivery. The location works well too, with a 7-11 about a minute’s walk away and downtown fun things roughly 20 minutes off. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, which makes the place convenient for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

The staff New and Bus were extremely nice. They even helped us book a restaurant that was really hard to reserve. We also got a warm welcome gift, a snack bag and a handwritten card, and the place felt clean and relaxed. It’s cute, had everything I needed, and there’s a 7-11 around the corner for snacks. I stayed four nights over New Year. The walls kept things quiet, but noise came through the door and from upstairs or downstairs, and people were loud in the middle of the night. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the subway, which felt a bit far to me, but I used Grab most of the time and that was fine. Each ride was about 2-400 dollars, which was okay.

Ms. MO deserves a special mention for her professional, welcoming service. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. Our room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and the internet was fast and reliable. Getting around Bangkok was easy thanks to the convenient location and transport connections. We had a great stay at Hotel Wizpark and would recommend it.
