My room is in building A. Last year I renovated it, turning the balcony into a work room, changing the floor to wood tile and replacing the balcony door so it fits the room. I had the sofa made to order so it can become a bed when family visits. The place is near the market and BTS, with lots of daily food nearby. Getting out of town is easy, and it’s near the tollway. The parking lots are quite big, and I’ve never seen them full. The fourth-floor parking is always free.

I’ve lived here for more than three years, and the location is super convenient with lots of local food stalls. I love the rooftop pool and bathtubs. The juristic office can be a pain, but the rest makes it worth it. Room prices feel so undervalued, especially with so much being built around here. WTH, lol.

Maybe Udomsuk is the new thonglor :) The rooftop gym and pool are beautiful, and BTS udomsuk is literally steps away. Behind the condo you’ll find local food at local prices. There’s a free shuttle to Megabangna and central bangna, plus co-working spaces and cafes within walking distance. See my review for other nearby cafes. There’s a lot to like here, especially the location right on the main road by BTS and the Udomsuk bus stop. Nearby are Udomsuk market, pharmacies, food shops and five supermarkets downstairs, including maxvalu inside the building. There’s a coffee shop in the condo too, nice rooftop pools, good unit layouts and some outdoor green areas. The free shuttle goes to megabangna, ikea and suwanapum van. The downsides: this condo is about 10 years old, and despite having many foreign tenants, there’s no English-speaking staff. The condo juristic and other staff often seem pretty clueless, so even small things take a lot of arranging. There are lots of weird, unnecessary rules, and any car entering to pick you up or drop you off, even grab, gets charged 10 baht. Only cars with a taxi sign enter for free.
