iSanook Bangkok

The rooftop was a lovely place to unwind, and the pool was pretty, clean, and well maintained. The restaurant food was delicious and good quality, with a lovely atmosphere. Our server really made dinner special: he was adorable, kind, attentive, always smiling, and very professional. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were friendly. From the moment we arrived, the bright, welcoming feel and positive energy made us comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at ISanook Bangkok. I’d gladly return and recommend it for a short or long stay.

The pool made it easy to forget we were in the middle of Bangkok. We felt welcome from the start, thanks to the friendly staff and manager, who were accommodating and provided very good service. We stayed in a small suite with a bathroom in each bedroom, plus a kitchen and living room that let us feel at home. Lunch was tasty and offered a nice variety. Definitely a very good choice for visiting Bangkok.

The shower pressure was a real highlight, and the pool was a relaxing place to spend time. We had two pleasant nights at iSanook Bangkok and enjoyed the stay. It’s easy to reach and well located, with spacious, very clean rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we liked the beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby. We’d recommend the hotel and would happily return.

The hotel and room looked very clean, and all the staff were lovely, but there’s room to improve. The TV didn’t work, and the breakfast was disappointing. It was a buffet, and the pancakes were ice cold. The ham looked like the cheapest packet kind, paper thin and cold as stone. Even the fruit, which seemed like the best bet, didn’t look very appealing. They did serve a decent hot Thai dish, though it didn’t feel like breakfast to me. There was also juice, cereal, yogurt, and toast. Hot breakfast was included in the room price, and that’s what I was in the mood for, but I didn’t get it.
