Jolly Suites and Spa Petchkasem

I slept comfortably here because the bedding was very good. But when I tried to take the shower nozzle off in the toilet, it suddenly broke under the water pressure and soaked me. I mentioned it at checkout and they charged me for the repair. Be careful. The hotel is old, but even if equipment breaks because it has worn out with age, they’ll charge you.

We had a suite that fit our family of four perfectly, with an extra bed, and the room was big and luxurious. Mei Yuan, the Chinese Restaurant, served excellent Dim Sum. It may not be a five-star hotel, but it’s the best around here. If you need to stay in this area, it’s one of the best choices. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for the service.

We stayed for a wedding, and the hotel suits that kind of visit very well. The whole top floor is set aside for weddings, so lots of wedding guests come here. There’s also a Chinese buffet restaurant and spa service. Our room and the food were nice, and the lobby service was very good. Staff spoke fair English. For a stay that isn’t tied to a wedding, it seems relatively expensive for what’s provided. There’s no gym, microwave or included breakfast.

After spending three months traveling around Thailand, this hotel stood out for its facilities, friendly and competent staff, and the wonderful spa. I was lucky enough to use the spa twice. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, modern and nicely presented. The staff were excellent and very friendly.
