Lodge 61 Bed & Breakfast

The room was dirty and the hygiene was poor enough to make us uncomfortable. We chose not to stay the night and left. Some friends came in briefly to drop off luggage, but did NOT stay overnight. The hotel suddenly disabled our key card without having explained any visitor policy beforehand, and we couldn't get into our own room. It took a long time at the front desk to sort out, and the way they dealt with it felt rigid and unprofessional. Between that and the cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice pressure in the shower. The location is perfect, and the staff are really efficient and considerate. The AC can be a little noisy, depending on which room you're in.

We all loved this place, and for the price I think it's the best around. There isn't car parking, so I paid to park at the nearest temple. Khun Sok in line app was helpful and check-in went smoothly. I work in hospitalityso I understand these things aren't always perfect. Please support this place, clean up your trash, and don't smoke in the rooms. Some little things bothered me, but I'd still come back. Our room had a big bed that fit two adults and our kids, aged 5 and 7. It was spacious, had hot water, and even with an old AC it got very cold. We kept it at 27 degrees for sleeping and switched everything off before heading out for the day. There was a bit of smoke smell in the room, but we slept comfortably. Downstairs there are noodle shops and a Thai classic chicken and rice place, where you can get a delicious full meal for 40-50thb. It's also very near 7-11 , starbucks and mc donalds.

I stayed at Lodge 61 for two days. The rooms were noisy and the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the reception service left me disappointed. My booking clearly said "single bed room", so after the first night I asked to switch from two small beds to one large bed. The receptionist told me I had booked the wrong room and spoke to me disrespectfully and unprofessionally. The room I was then given hadn't been cleaned either. I complained again before finally getting a clean room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
