The staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful the whole time. When the lock on our suitcase jammed, reception sent someone with tools within two minutes. They opened it quickly without damaging the case. They also carried our luggage to the room. We’d arrived early after the night train from Chiang Mai, many hours before check-in. The room wasn’t ready because guests were still sleeping, but the receptionist warmly invited us to breakfast and said they’d get the room ready as soon as possible. While we ate, staff came to say it was ready, so we could check in as soon as we finished. Really lovely service. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, fridge, minibar, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, and a little sitting area. Breakfast was very good too. Later, there was free coffee, cake, and snacks, which was a nice bonus. We booked the airport shuttle for the next day, and it was included in the room rate. The hotel is close to Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok. It’s hard to find this level of service elsewhere. Highly recommended.

The staff were kind and really helpful, and the airport shuttle made things easy. Our room was a little worn, but fine for one night. We left before breakfast, though coffee, tea, cookies, and bananas were available around the clock.

Very handy if you’re flying out of BKK. The airport is close and the shuttle service was a big help. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and friendly staff. The bathroom is small, but that didn’t matter for a quick airport stay.

We paid €35, and it felt well worth it. Our flight home from Bangkoh was at 3 in the morning, so we arrived mid-afternoon. The hotel includes airport pick-up and drop-off in the room price, and there’s free coffee, tea, and snacks in the lounge. The staff were very friendly, and the room had everything we needed.

A 7-Eleven and a massage center are right next door if you have a free evening. I think this is the best stopover choice when your BKK flight leaves very early. Shame we couldn’t enjoy the nice, spacious room for longer, since we had to leave at 5 a.m.
