The pool is nice, and the security guards were consistently helpful and friendly. Apart from that, my stay was a bad experience. The lobby smelled musty, the sauna didn’t work, and the front desk staff seemed uninterested and weren’t friendly or supportive. We rented through AirBNB, and I don’t know whether the host was allowed to do that. Our stay was okay until a disagreement with the host turned into him insulting me, my four-month-old daughter, and my husband. He was extremely aggressive and rude. We were scared, went to the police, and reported Mr.Nathee. The front desk staff did nothing when this happened. They offered no help or support, even after I asked for a manager. I’d read several negative reviews before, and now I understand them. The atmosphere here feels really unpleasant, not like the kind of Bangkok living experience you’d want.

Great place for a quiet, luxurious stay. There are shops downstairs where you can get food, and transport is handy, with a bus nearby.

I’m back for my third vacation rental here and still love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It is a long way from the BTS, though, so I usually need to take a Grab in and out.

There’s a 7/11 close by, but not much else around, and getting home could be confusing. When I told motorbike drivers “metro luxe rama 4,” they often didn’t recognize the address. The window view was awful, facing slums and a two-floor abandoned factory that I’m pretty sure had ghosts, just kidding. Dirt from there came into the condo, and without proper ventilation I had to keep the AC on whenever I was inside. The entrance looks fine, but inside everything felt cheap, from the furniture to the knobs, sinks, and doors. When someone shut a door, it felt like my unit might fall apart. I could hear every noise from my block, the elevator was slow, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
