I accidentally jammed the lock on my room, and the reception manager got right to work fixing it without charging me. They went above and beyond, and from the moment I arrived I felt looked after and comfortable. Such generous, outstanding service, hospitality done right.

I arrived at night exhausted, after paying in full for 14 days through Agoda, but they refused to check me in and demanded more money for the stay. I'd spent money on a taxi and had two suitcases with me. I even asked if I could stay just one night, but they refused and said I had to pay extra or leave. Disgusting service and communication.

The manager and his wife are very kind, the price is affordable, and it's very close to the MRT station. In general, it was good. The mattress in the level 4 room slopes, though, and needs to be fixed or replaced.

The hotel is a little away from the main area, but it was close enough for the purpose of my visit. For under 1000 THB, the room was good enough. There's no food provided, but there's a microwave on the veranda. You can pick something up at a '7-eleven' convenience store. For lunch or dinner, there are a few nearby places serving eateries and street food, mostly noodles and rice. To catch a city bus, walk right for 5 minutes from the hotel, then turn left. There's a bus stop, and buses come every 5-10 minutes. Look for the stop signs.
