Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square Hotel

Staff were wonderful, the location was great, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. Turn-down service was efficient, and breakfast had an amazing spread. My room did have a few issues: water leaked from the air conditioner, the plug next to the bed was loose so I had to charge in the bathroom, and the desk’s old USB ports wouldn’t work with my USB-C charger.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, with great communication and real care. When I lost my wallet somewhere in the hotel one morning, everyone helped search and we found it within 20 minutes. The pool was amazing and we used it every day. I also loved the calm, lovely lobby as a place to have a drink. The hotel is right in the city center, with the main metro lines right there, so nothing felt far away. We had the best time and I can’t recommend it enough!

I stayed at the Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square for six nights during the AEHL 100-year celebrations in Bangkok and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, and returning after a busy day was always a pleasure because of the lovely atmosphere. What stayed with me most was the people. Everyone I met, from housekeeping and the front desk to the spa, gym and bar teams, was warm, welcoming, kind and genuinely helpful. They made me feel at home and showed that they cared. Thank you to the whole team for making the visit so enjoyable.

The hospitality and staff have made this a wonderful stay so far. Special mention to GIg Bee, who makes breakfast such a great experience. There’s a wide spread, with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and halal options. Five stars for the location. I’d recommend it for families or individuals.
