The room had a lot of character, and the coffee was awesome, so coffee lovers will like it here. The location is great if you need to be near Sukhumvit, and the people working there were really warm and nice. I had a great experience.

Such a cute place, with only eight rooms and the lovely feel of a modern guesthouse. The people and service were gentle and sweet, and the rooms were charming, modern, and super clean. There’s a coffee place on the ground floor too. A wonderfully quiet vibe in the middle of a great city location.

The room was really nice, but the rest wasn’t as good. Breakfast was just a small bowl of rice soup, without even coffee, despite the lobby being a cafe.

Breakfast was supposed to come with coffee and tea, but all we were given was plain boiled rice. They had nothing else to offer, which was really disappointing. The apartment itself was extremely cramped, and its single photo didn’t give a clear idea of the room. The bathroom is right by the entrance, which felt unpleasant.
