The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, and the hotel sits right beside the Chao Phraya River, with pretty views and a peaceful feel. From there, boats make it convenient to reach attractions, and major shopping centers are close by too. There’s a large pool where you can relax by the river. Breakfast has a wide choice of dishes, and the riverside restaurant is a lovely place to eat with scenic views. Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers brings together comfort, convenience, and warm service in a beautiful waterfront setting.

Getting around was easy from this hotel. It has its own ferry to IconSiam and the BTS station, plus two Chao Phraya express boat stops right next door for trips up and down the river. That was the best way to get around and avoid traffic. Talat Noi is also very close for art, food, and exploring. The staff were all extremely friendly and eager to help. Our room was spacious with great river views. If you need laundry, there's a business about a five-minute walk away that charges 70 baht a kilo.

We want to thank the wonderful Sheraton Hotel staff for making us feel at home during our eight-day Bangkok vacation. The friendly team, F&B staff making delicious food and drinks, spotless rooms, and helpful boat staff made the stay unforgettable. The door staff also deserve a special thanks for their warm smiles and helpful attitudes. We'll miss you, and from now on we won't need to look for another hotel when we visit Bangkok. The dinner buffet included with our river-view deluxe room was amazing. The room was modern, tidy, and very clean, and the staff were helpful. There’s also a private boat to icon siam every 30 minutes. I’d stay here again.
