The staff were lovely and the hotel is nicely put together, but the stay had plenty of downsides. The walls are so thin that girls giggled most of one night before eventually stopping an hour later. On the second night, a man in the next room snored loudly, and some guests were noisy outside. There was just one wall hanger, so storage could be better. The coffee and tea cups were a bit dirty, and no coffee or tea was included. They didn't make our beds during the two days we stayed, and cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was really bad. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it.

The location was mint, quiet but still central in Bangkok. It's a new hotel without many reviews yet, but the rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were kind, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I spent two weeks here in quarantine and it was a terrible experience. I paid 45,000 bth for what they called a junior suite. It wasn't a suite, just the sort of room you could rent for under 1,000 bth a night. The shower swung between too hot and too cold, and the food was simply horrible. In ten years in Thailand, I hadn't had food this bad. Street food is better, but we weren't allowed to order from outside. They cleaned my room only twice in two weeks. The price included just half a liter of water a day, with more costing extra. The internet didn't work, and I was lucky to have a Thai SIM card with 3G. Some other guests weren't as lucky. There were no international TV channels, which was a problem if you don't speak Thai. I also spoke with people who had paid less and received better service.

If the reports are true that Ozon Hotel threatens customers over honest feedback, cancels reviews, or says it will take them to court and send them to jail, then it deserves no more than one star out of five. When customers disagree with the hotel, it should talk with them and work on the areas that need improvement. It acted like a North Korean hotel where criticism is forbidden. Shame on you. If the feedback describes what really happened, the hotel should apologize and say thank you instead of threatening people with jail. After this awful treatment of a customer, I don't intend to stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but that was about it for me. During my 15-day ASQ quarantine, the food was awful and usually arrived late and cold. Wi-Fi ranged from bad to just okay, and the smart TV couldn't run Netflix, so I only used YouTube. My window looked out at a tall, abandoned, rundown building, and the pillows were too hard. For 35,600 baht, you get what you pay for, I guess. I wouldn't stay again. I'd pay twice as much for somewhere better. Live and learn.
