For about THB 1500 a night for three people, we got a clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location sign wasn’t very clear, but the owner was easy to contact and willing to help. Everything felt worth the price.

I stayed one night for a concert at Rajamangala national stadium, which was close by. The room was clean. The only hassle was having to call the owner’s number to get him to open the door, using the number posted at the entrance. I didn’t get a Thai SIM card for such a short visit, so that was a bit challenging, though it might not bother other guests.
There’s no lobby or reception, so you have to phone a number to check in and out. They advertise a pool, but it’s a community pool next to the “hotel” and you have to pay an entrance fee to use it. The room was dirty and the AC didn’t work. There wasn’t any toilet paper, and with no reception, we couldn’t ask for more.
Check-in went smoothly, but the air conditioner blew hot air and the room was stuffy. I only stayed because it was near the stadium for a concert.
It’s quiet and the internet is good, but getting here without your own car is too difficult. This is an apartment with a few rooms for daily stays. You need to contact the owner before arriving, and there’s no reception.
