Townhouse PK Garden

What stood out most over my two months at PK Garden Hotel was how well the staff looked after me. They were kind and welcoming, handled any request or issue right away with professionalism and genuine care, and kept the room impeccably clean. Bed linens were changed every week, and whenever I needed an earlier change, asking was all it took. The property is new and well maintained. My room was spacious and bright, with everything I needed for a comfortable long stay. The balcony with its table and chairs made it even more enjoyable. I also liked the large, clean, well-kept garden as a place to unwind. It's very close to Khaosan Road, which made it easy to get around and see many of the main landmarks, yet far enough from the noise to stay peaceful. PK Garden Hotel offered excellent quality, comfort, and hospitality. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, well-located place in Bangkok.

The location puts lots of attractions nearby, and the staff were so helpful and attentive to guests. I loved the room too, it was beautiful and very clean. I left feeling really happy with my stay.

We had planned to start our honeymoon here, but after arriving in Bangkok we were told our reservation was canceled just 1 hour before check-in. We'd booked 2 months in advance. They wouldn't talk to us and kept hanging up when we called. Completely unacceptable.

We landed in Bangkok on check-in day and then found out our booking had been canceled, so we had to look for another hotel. PK Garden Home was no help when we called and hung up on us. I'm very disappointed, and just hope we get our money back.
