Pranakorn Heritage Hotel

We couldn't have picked a better start to our Thailand trip than the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel in Bangkok. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a city stay. Breakfast was one of the best we had among the five hotels on our trip, and the staff were attentive, warm, and full of energy. They made eye contact, smiled, and seemed genuinely empathetic. A few small things stood out. The barman served all three glasses of the “buy 2 get 1 free” beer promotion at once, even though he could see I was alone. That may just call for a bit more training, especially with a language barrier. I also felt the foosball table looked out of place by the bar entrance. And the space under the staircase beside the breakfast room is used for storage, which takes away from the lovely staircase and landing. Those last two points are just my opinion. Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll definitely visit again when we're in Bangkok.

The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, with Thai, Continental, Full English, bakery options, and hot and cold dishes. It was lovely to eat by the pool, and have a relaxing swim after using the fitness centre. Our room was spacious and pleasant, with lots of food and drinks available to order from Choorotz restaurant downstairs, along with other items. It was my first time in Thailand, and during my January 2026 stay at the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel, the caring staff made me feel safe and comfortable. They were warm, kind, and went out of their way to help. Reception even gave us Thai snacks, which made the stay memorable. My thanks to Khun Ivan Choi for making sure we were comfortable. I think this is the best hotel in Bangkok. I hope to return someday and stay here again :)) 5/5 stars, I strongly recommend.

We liked the personal feel here, even though it's bigger than a typical boutique hotel. The attentive, hardworking team keeps the atmosphere friendly and the service dependable. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also offers good value for its service and quality. As a family with a young child, we felt at ease throughout the stay. Its location in Bangkok's old city worked well for visiting historic sites. We began our Thailand trip here, then came back for the last few days, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed it.

Breakfast has loads of choice, the rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated, and the location is good. But it's the lovely staff who stand out most. They're welcoming and kind, and nothing seems like too much trouble. I'm staying here now and, for the money, it's the best hotel I've ever been in. I'll definitely return. Well done to everyone. Thailand's known as ‘the land of the smiles’, and staying here shows you why.
