The hotel is good value, and the executive floor service is worth paying for. Staff throughout were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. I also went to the Spa and had great service there. Everyone was welcoming and professional, with plenty of smiles to help ease the stress and get you ready for a fresh start. I had a scrub with Fern, who was wonderful, kind, and respectful. It all began with the receptionist, Pim. If she had been cold or unwelcoming, would I have gone any further? Pim helped me choose the service that best suited my needs. Thanks G Spa!

That late-night glass of wine at the hotel’s French restaurant was a real highlight, the view was amazing. We also enjoyed the evening club lounge, with its pleasant setting, free drinks and snacks. The daytime service there was slow, though, and breakfast was just average, with only a couple of vegetarian choices and consistently bad coffee. Getting in was easy, and they let us check in early after our trip. The room was comfortable enough and had a decent view, but it felt worn. The bathroom needs a deep clean, especially in corners where grime seems to have built up. The pool was ordinary, and it wasn’t an infinity pool. On checkout day, no one came to help with our luggage even after we reminded them twice. The area seems more convenient for business travelers than tourists, with fewer nearby attractions. It was a comfortable stay in some ways, but upkeep and consistency of service need work.

The evening receptionist, who was usually there when we came through, was especially polite and always ready to help. We had a pleasant stay overall. It was my birthday, and they decorated the room beautifully and upgraded us. We stayed nearly a week, and the room was a good size. Breakfast had a great spread, and g spa was amazing. Housekeeping could have been better. They never vacuumed during our stay, and there was hair all over the floor, so I finally had to ask the housekeeper myself. The shower gel also seemed very watery. I only noticed the difference after using the same gel at the spa, where it was much thicker.

The gym was excellent, and the skyline views from the rooms, Scarlett rooftop bar and restaurant, and pool area are spectacular. Our room, bathroom, and bed were all a good size. A little refurbishment might be due, but we barely spent time in the room, so it wasn’t a major issue. We’d definitely stay again. It’s easy to get around from here: the metro is nearby, with the blue line serving the main tourist attractions, and Chong Nonsi gives you access to the Skytrain. From there, you can get to Sathorn Pier for the river boats. The staff were very helpful, especially Ninney at the front desk, who was lovely.
