Radisson Hotel Don Mueang Bangkok

The team’s care made this work conference stay especially memorable. I was the only vegetarian among the attendees, and the culinary team made sure there was always a freshly prepared option for me. Every meal tasted good and was presented beautifully. The public spaces were thoughtfully designed, with lovely flower arrangements, and the new hotel has a fresh, modern feel with a calm, minimalist look. The staff were consistently warm and professional, and the personalized service made me comfortable throughout. I’d happily recommend it.

Breakfast offered a nice spread of local and international food, and I enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good bathroom facilities, and everything was well maintained. Radisson Hotel Don Mueang Bangkok is modern, clean, and handy for Don Mueang Airport. It’s a little far from central Bangkok, but works very well for a transit stop, a business trip, or an early flight. Comfortable and good value.

I stayed at the Radisson Don Muang BKK on May 26th and 27th, and it was a terrible experience. At 5,000 THB/night, the stay felt more like one costing 1,500 THB. The room design seemed poor: the toilet smelled and wouldn't drain the first night. I asked to change rooms for the second night, but the next bathroom was just as bad. The shower drained slowly and water spilled outside. Breakfast was worse still. The food choice was very limited, and the ingredients seemed very low quality. The bread looked like cheap supermarket bread, the cheese and sausages were poor, the chicken porridge was mushy, and the drinking water was artificially colored. I heard almost everyone else complaining too. It was nowhere near worth the price. I'll never return, and I can't believe a reputable chain like Radisson would engage in such unreliable business practices.

Mr. Patrick was the reason our stay became even more memorable. We accidentally left some dresses at the hotel, and he personally made sure they were handled and returned to us on time. He also helped arrange cabs and transport, so our travel was stress-free. He's kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We're very grateful for his prompt, dedicated support. The Radisson Hotel is near the airport, and we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
