The larger of the two double rooms had a screened-in balcony, which was a nice extra. There’s a cut-through that makes the wall shorter, and I’ll add a photo with my review. The room was clean and the AC worked. It’s a budget-friendly place I’d stay at again. Although it’s near a very noisy main road, the hotel sits far enough back that you can’t hear it. The street itself was really quiet and peaceful.

There are lots of cats in the nearby alley, and I always find them so adorable that I wish I could take them home! The hotel itself is clean and reasonably priced. This was my third stay, and I’ve enjoyed each visit. Having reception open 24 hours is very convenient too.

The man at the front desk eventually sorted things out for me, but it took an hour. I’d booked and paid for a room, then the hotel cancelled it, saying they had no information about me even though WE CHATTED VIA LINE. The whole thing left me frustrated. I’ve never had this kind of experience before. The hotel itself is good for staying, but the service and management were really bad for me.

The modern building is in a quiet spot among local homes, which is a nice way to see a bit of everyday life. Getting there from the Main Street takes a while, with repeated left and right turns, and it’s unlikely you’ll be able to flag down a taxi as you go. You can book one instead. For sightseeing around the city or finding food, I’d suggest staying closer to a BTS or MRT station, or somewhere in that neighborhood.
