The staff were helpful and really friendly, and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel offers a tuk tuk ride to a nearby mall. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big TV, and the bed suited us since we like a firm one. I'd come back and recommend the place to others.

It's a quiet hotel between the two airports. There's no breakfast, but you can head to the 7-11 next door, Amazon Coffee, or the golf club. Laundry is self-service.

What keeps bringing me back is how attentive the staff are. I've stayed in plenty of places, but none have looked after guests like this one. I first felt impressed last year, when the staff were kind, the room was clean, and the price was affordable. I came back this year and it still feels comfortable, with the same lovely service. I really love staying here whenever I visit Thailand.

I booked two nights and left after just one. The bed was so hard it felt like concrete or the floor, and I got no rest all night. I’d been hoping for a relaxing stay, but the experience ruined it. A decent night's sleep is a basic thing to expect from a hotel, and this one let me down badly. I wouldn't return or recommend it to anyone who cares about comfort.
