Very, very bad service. The woman sitting at the counter had a stern look and behaved very badly. I’m really disappointed. I’ve never experienced hotel service this bad. The location was bad too, and everything about the service was awful. Don’t stay here. I’m angry and really disappointed with that woman at the counter.

The room was okay and the bed wasn’t bad. The lady at reception was nice, but the toilet room smelled awful, like hell. I had to hold my breath when I went in. I accidentally booked the room for the wrong month. Even after Agoda asked the owner to cancel it, they refused. I had to pay twice for a booking I wasn’t even going to use, 2 months ahead.

I really liked having a balcony inside the room. I could open the door and let fresh air in, and the area was peaceful.

The price was okay and the room was clean, but there was no service. They didn't provide basics like tissues or water, and the staff weren't friendly.

They made me pay $80 for electricity for one month. I don't think they were honest about it, and I wouldn't recommend them.
