Getting around by bike is easy from here, and the location is very good, close to every area. The place has potential, but the management needs work. I was there five days and nobody came into my room. They’re supposed to replace the towels, toilet paper and mineral water every two days, as explained at check-in, but none of that happened. When I asked, the woman at the front desk didn’t seem surprised, so it gave me the impression they skip the service deliberately. The WiFi was a pain too. You get a username and password on an old-fashioned slip of paper, then the connection drops every hour and you have to log in again. Each device needs its own login, which gets frustrating when you’re trying to relax and use the WiFi you paid for.

We’d happily stay here again. We first booked a double room, but after seeing comments about nighttime road noise, we asked for a room at the back. They upgraded us to a triple room for free, and it was very spacious with no road noise trouble. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh, nice-smelling towels and free bottled water each day. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a pleasant downstairs shared area with free tea and filter coffee. The hotel is close to MRT and Bangkok railway station, with lots of restaurants about a 25-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

The staff were brilliant, polite and keen to help, and the rooms were clean and roomy with comfortable beds. You might hear quite a bit of road noise at times, though it fades as the evening goes on. For this price, it’s hard to find a better hotel. It’s near the main train station, MRT Blue Line and Chinatown, making it easy to reach the city, airports and good food.

The lobby has a nice work area, with coffee and water. The staff were really kind and helpful when we complained about the room, though they sprayed fabric freshener on the walls. The location is good, near the metro and Chinatown. I could’ve rated it four stars, but the room smelled moldy, and the windows don’t open. That didn’t work for me.
