The parking they advertise is useless. The gate is so small a car can’t get in front-first or back in, and you can’t park in front of the hotel. The street is narrow enough for only one sedan at a time, so you’ll need to walk or ride a bike to reach this place. The hotel just stands on the footpath. The staff member was very rude, like it was painful for her to open her mouth. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, and the service was disgusting. DO NOT BE A NEXT VICTIM. RUN!

The receptionist was horrible and didn’t even try to give me information or help. I paid a low price, but the experience was still terrible and left me really disappointed. I hope they do something about the employee’s manners.

If you book through booking.com, this place is listed as Roseate Bangkok Hotel. There are two similarly named places in the area, and this one is around the corner from a 7/11. I added a photo of the entrance to this cute place. The owners are sweet, and the rooms are clean and comfortable ❤️
