Soi 28 is a quiet, safe street off busy Sukhumvit street, with a mix of old and new buildings. Across the street is a brand new high-end high-rise office/condo. We were close to nice restaurants, and the nearest Sky Train station was only a slow 5-7 minute walk away. I got an email with directions for the taxi driver to take the cheapest route from the airport. The owner and staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful with information and sightseeing. The guesthouse is old but very well maintained and clean, and my room had a cabinet big enough for a longer stay. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in so far on my Asia trip. I have a bad back, yet slept like a child and woke without pain. I'll definitely stay here when I return to Bangkok. You simply don't get a better bed, management or staff even in a 5 star hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but sufficient, and mostly clean, though not perfect. I could also hear noise from other rooms and the staircase. Still, it's a nice place to stay in Bangkok.

The location is pretty good, and it's nice and quiet. The interior has a minimalist design and looks great, and the place is comfy. Staff were great, too. We saw a certain big room with lots of pillows and a carpeted floor, but when we arrived, it wasn't that room. There's no elevator, so if you get a room on the 4th floor, staying fit will come in handy. I'll go again if we can be sure to get the room shown in the picture.

I slept great and the rooms were clean. The Filipinas are super nice and speak English. The location is really close to BTS and the mall, and I'd stay again. There isn't an iron for clothes at all, and you have to go downstairs to get a hair dryer. Book directly online if you don't want to pay cash. I booked through Agoda thinking I was using my credit card because I needed a receipt for work, but they gave me a handwritten receipt.

Good shower and nice pillows. The TV has HBO, and there's a Skytrain stop not far away. Places to eat, a 7-11, a used book store and massage places are nearby.
