SENS Hotel Bangkok - Kubon

Getting to the hotel can take a little explaining to some taxi drivers, and the map pin may be off. The entrance is set back from the main road: turn in between the BBQ buffet and KFC, then head towards MK Restaurant and Mr. DIY. When ordering a taxi, I’d wait outside so you can flag down the driver. The hotel is clearly designed with disabled guests in mind. There are wide sliding doors at the entrance, accessible toilets near reception, lifts to every floor, and wide doorways in the rooms. The pool has a gentle ramp, so I could access it independently in my wheelchair. The bathroom is a practical wet room. My bed was comfortable, and tea, coffee, and bottled water were waiting in the room when I arrived. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a comfortable shared lounge and a well-equipped gym. No restaurant on site, but several places to eat are within a one-minute walk, some with discounts for hotel guests. The surrounding complex also has lots of shops and eateries, plus a couple of bars. A well-designed accessible hotel in a convenient spot. 👍🏼

The place is quiet and full of greenery, with good facilities both on the property and nearby. There are grocery stores, AIS, pharmacies, and a food court around. It worked well for a few days, though it’s a bit outside the City Center, which makes it a nice quiet getaway. Our flight was delayed by 4 hrs, so we didn’t arrive until 4am. The staff were incredibly flexible, welcomed us warmly, and provided concierge service. Housekeeping were always smiling and checked that we had everything we needed. The shared kitchen has filtered water.

The property was pleasant, the rooms clean and practical, and there are lots of restaurants nearby with a gym right across the road. The staff were welcoming and honest. I almost forgot I’d paid a deposit at check-in, but the team reminded me, a little gesture that says a lot. The location is very convenient, and I’d happily stay again.

The room was big and spacious, but what made our stay was the front desk team. They were so kind and accommodating. Ben was especially helpful when my husband hurt his foot. She suggested he go to the pharmacy, and without her help he might have needed to see a doctor. We’re so grateful for the kindness and respect she showed us every day. This was our best stay in Thailand. The hospitality from Ben and everyone else gave us great memories. We’ll definitely stay at Sens again when we return. Thanks so much! ❤️
