Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection by IHG

I stayed here twice, in two different rooms, and both visits were fantastic. The hotel is close to several malls and 7/11s, has nice facilities, and serves a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The rooms were great, and the cleaning staff worked professionally and were available even around my irregular schedule. What made it feel like more than just a good hotel was the staff. They brought my luggage up, greeted me properly, and did everything you’d expect from a top hotel. They also chatted with me, remembered my name and who I was, and showed real interest when I talked about being a Manchester fan. Those small personal moments made me feel at home and added something special to the trip. No complaints from me; staying here helped make my Thailand trip even better.

NAPHAT was kind, professional, and ready to help with every request, with a positive attitude and real attention to detail. His service made our stay even better. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had an amazing visit, appreciate all the hospitality, and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Even though I arrived late at night, check-in at the Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection by IHG, was smooth and pleasant. Tee and Toy at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. They clearly explained what the hotel offers, from the features on each floor to the dining and bar options, pool, and fitness center. They even taught me a few Thai phrases, which I loved. The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the hotel shuttle makes it easy to reach the BTS station. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Bangkok visit.

The rooftop bar was a treat, with lovely staff, incredible views, and happy hour drinks for hotel residents until 8 p.m. that made it very reasonable. The gym also has amazing views. We didn’t have time to try the pool, though it looked awesome. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and reception was just as welcoming as the rest of the team. The hotel’s location was great for us: an easy walk to two BTS stations on different lines and to Lumphini Park. Getting to and from the airport was simple by ARL and BTS. The hotel also runs a free shuttle to Chit Lom BTS. From the hotel to BKK airport, we made it door to door in exactly an hour using the shuttle, BTS from Chit Lom, and ARL from Phaya Thai, without getting caught in Bangkok traffic. It was easy even with bags. Most of all, the staff made us feel at home and made my partner’s birthday special. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely hospitable. Siranee did a great job keeping our room in shape, and concierge Notto shared useful information, ideas, and practical tips. Tam helped with our bags and was equally professional and pleasant to deal with. We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. Thanks to all the staff.
