Dannie, our local contact, answered every request promptly. The apartment was clean, serviced splendidly, and matched the description, with everything we needed. Unit 3206 (Salvatore) was a good value, and we enjoyed the building, its staff, and the location.

My Bangkok stay was badly disrupted by Sky Villas, and I’m still unable to get a refund. I booked through Agoda, but the management had double booked the room. They messaged me through Agoda asking me to cancel and book again, saying they couldn’t receive payment from Agoda. Agoda told me the room was confirmed, but when I arrived there was no booking or room for me. The hotel’s no-refund policy has left me out of pocket. I’ve tried to reason with them again and again, including Salvadore, and have been shut down nearly eight times. They’ve wasted my time trying to fix their own mistake, and it feels like they’re ripping me off. I’d recommend calling the Ascot in the same building, since they’re much easier to deal with.

Whenever I visit Bangkok, I almost always stay here, and it’s never disappointed me. The staff are courteous, amazing, and so helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Bangkok’s events. I’d come back.
