The elevator had a notice offering three nights for 5,000 baht, but nobody told us about that deal when we booked. We paid 9,000 baht for three nights, so it felt like we’d paid almost twice as much. We also had to leave at 4 a.m., which we’d told the staff in advance. They charged us another 1,000 baht, supposedly refundable at checkout, but then refused to give that deposit back. Communication was hard because the staff’s English was limited. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It felt like they were just after our money.

Three days cost us 9,000 baht, plus another 1,000 baht that the hotel wouldn’t return because we checked out early. We also found out the hotel advertised three nights for 5,000 baht. We paid the higher amount, then didn’t get the deposit back either. I can’t recommend it.

The bed was fairly comfortable, the room got cleaned often, and the price was decent. It’s also in a good spot near train stations. Even so, I probably won’t come back after how unpleasant check-in was. I arrived at 3 a.m. and had asked to check in early, but the hotel didn’t answer my emails or booking messages. The staff couldn’t speak English on the phone, so I sent a local friend over to arrange it and paid for the early check-in. When I got there, the receptionist used Google Translate to tell me I couldn’t check in until noon, despite the receipt the hotel had issued me. He said there were no rooms, too. I kept insisting for about 30 minutes, and only then did he sort it out. If you don’t have any special requests, maybe your stay will go more smoothly than mine.

I was really pleased with my stay. The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were excellent. Mr wuttichai at reception was especially polite, efficient, and helpful. Top marks for him.
