Terminal 21 Rama 3 shopping mall nearby is amazing. The location itself is just so-so, though, and while 400 THB is a good price, I didn’t feel it was really worth it. The room was a big empty space with a small TV that didn’t work; a wardrobe or cabinet would help. The AC and shower room were good, but there’s no lift and not much English is spoken.

I can’t speak to the monthly rentals, but I wouldn’t recommend staying by the day. We were on the fifth floor, where the walls seemed like ceiling panels instead of concrete, with no soundproofing. We could hear every word from the next room. The floor and bathroom weren’t clean, the towels were stained, and the room had a strong cigarette smell. It was cheap, but I’ve stayed in other places that weren’t like this. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I was genuinely dissatisfied.
