There are lots of street food vendors nearby, and I really liked staying here. The location is good.

I’m hoping to book a room for January, but I can’t get in touch with the hotel. Why is it so hard to contact you?

We were told to switch rooms because ours wasn’t ready after renovations, even though we’d messaged on Line a month earlier to say when we’d arrive. They could have let us know ahead of time so we could plan. There was also confusion when we signed the contract, since the housekeeper handling it didn’t clearly explain which building our room was in. They simply showed us the room and left without explaining much. The first impression of the service was poor: one housekeeper was kind, but two others looked sullen and spoke rudely. There are several housekeepers, and the manager wasn’t involved in the contract discussion. The room was passable, but there were yellow stains on the sheets and pillows, so we didn’t think they had been washed. We even found a baby cockroach the first night. A mop was hanging outside our window, maybe the housekeeper had forgotten it, but it needs to be taken care of. The exterior doesn’t look inviting, and the only nice part is inside. The CCTV wasn’t working, or seemed broken. And for a woman staying alone, walking through the alley inside could feel a bit unsafe. Please pay attention to guests.
