The room is nice and good value, but this feels more like an Airbnb or service apartment than a hotel in its facilities and the staff’s service mindset. The location and value are already good, but the property needs to improve and retrain staff. They should also find a better way to manage guests driving in and out if it’s such a hassle for the security guard. What a shame.

We enjoyed swimming in the pool during our holiday, and I had a wonderful stay. When I checked out, a male staff member, I think his name was M, kindly helped me call a taxi to the airport. I stayed at the hotel on December 13, 2025. Snooker and Bell at the front desk greeted me so warmly and made check-in feel very friendly. I’ll definitely come back in the future.

The breakfast was okay, with an open buffet of some vegetables, milk, coffee and orange juice, while the main dish was a fixed menu, like omelette or scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage. We didn’t have much time at the hotel, but the rooms were very good, clean and comfortable. The bed is upstairs, which is a pain to climb down from when you’ve only just woken up. It’s an excellent place to stay and I’d come back.

I booked this place because I was working nearby and didn’t want to drive home every day. The room and facilities were fine, clean and did the job. The drawback is parking. There isn’t enough of it, even though the hotel isn’t near mass transit and everyone needs to drive. There’s no support like valet parking either. I had to leave my car at the site and call Grab to get to the hotel. I don’t see how that’s any different from calling Grab from home each day to come back to the hotel.
