The room looked like the photos, and staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent and we were happy with the choices. We also appreciated the kind parking staff, who helped with our bags and getting a taxi. The reception is open 24/7, which was a plus. There’s a 7/11 right next door, and Khao San Road is a ten-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but you can hear people in neighboring rooms or walking in the hall because the sound insulation isn’t great. The AC sits right above the bed and can blow on you while you sleep. Getting to a metro or skytrain station is the main drawback, as the nearest one is about a 30-minute walk. For what you pay, this hotel is what you’d expect.

The breakfast was my favorite part. There wasn’t much variety, but everything tasted excellent, fresh, and full of flavor, just how I like it. I stayed five nights for work, and the price was unbelievably cheap for such good value. At first, I wondered if the hotel was fake because the photos and reviews seemed too new, almost AI-enhanced. I got more doubtful when nobody replied to my reservation question. I booked through the hotel’s official website anyway. Even arriving very late, I was welcomed with a big smile, checked in quickly, and found my room key already prepared. The lobby was clean and inviting, and everything looked as beautiful and new as in the photos.

For the money, it’s good value. The biggest drawback is the location: there’s no reliable public transport nearby, so it’s bus or taxi, and there’s little of interest close by apart from kahosan. Breakfast also didn’t have many plant-based choices. The sheets were clean but stained. I asked for fresh ones, and the staff were very kind about it. They were nice beyond just that situation too.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel yet, but it’ll be my first choice next year, 2026. I had to cancel because of an unusual situation, and the staff were understanding, which deserves praise. Thank you, you’re great. A place is made by its people, not just the hotel itself.
