The rooms were clean thanks to the cleaning team, but the pool area looked like a construction site. We were first given the wrong room and stayed three nights in total. Once we had the right one, there was nothing wrong with the room itself, though the hotel felt very outdated and nowhere near a four-star place, more like one star. It's far from everything, and the staff, especially the doorman, were so lazy. He didn't open the door or help with bags, just stared or wasn't there. Traffic noise was loud, and people in the next room watched TV from 4 to 5am. All in all, 2/5. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff provided great service, and the hotel is near Rajamangala hotel. Breakfast for two was free and delicious, and they played Blackpink songs.

The only bright spot was the room service. They changed the bedsheets every day, refilled the water daily, and the air conditioning worked well. Still, I'm very displeased with the concierge woman and the state of the bathroom and room lighting. For a 4-star hotel, there was no hot water, and turning the faucet toward hot left almost no water pressure. The tap looked like it could fall off, and the bathroom clearly wasn't maintained. The room lights kept going off even with the card inserted. At check-in, we were told the previous guest had refused to leave and was asking to extend right when we were due to arrive. We had booked and paid for a larger bed but got two single beds pushed together. I don't understand why there were no measures to make sure guests checked out on time. The concierge lady gave us the room we hadn't paid for without showing remorse or offering compensation. This hotel doesn't deserve its 4-star rating.

The gym is small, but I managed to do all the workouts I wanted. For the rest of my week-long trip, the spacious double room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and I got really good rest. I've stayed at many Bangkok hotels and noticed the difference in comfort right away. It's an affordable find, and I had a great stay. I'd recommend it.
