The Publyc Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and Mint and the other staff were kind and always glad to help. It was handy having a 7-Eleven nearby, and you can request a quiet room if you want one.

The room was small and minimal, but thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and a clean, pleasant bathroom. We also loved the calm atmosphere. The hotel is an easy walk from BITEC, which worked well for my conference, and there’s a 7-Eleven next door. Coffee was available from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, and hot water around the clock. Pear was a huge help when I lost my baggage on the bus. She contacted the bus company and arranged to have it delivered. Mint and Flim supported us through the process too, and all of them were incredibly helpful during our seven-night stay. Please excuse me if I’ve spelled your names incorrectly ❤️. The reception team was welcoming, and housekeeping did a great job. I felt comfortable leaving my valued belongings in the room while they cleaned. The staff weren’t very fluent in English, which was a small concern, but we managed with translation apps and everything worked out. The hotel’s friendly feel and quiet setting made the stay a good one.

The main road noise carries into the room, and soundproofing is poor enough that I could hear people talking, walking, and pushing carts in the hall. Live TV channels didn’t work, though Google TV had movies available for a fee. If you sleep deeply, that may not bother you. The location and cleanliness were great, and I’ll stay again. The room was a good size, new and clean. There’s a Tao Bin beverage machine and washer and dryer downstairs, and the counter staff were friendly.

For a new budget hotel close to BKK airport, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. The bed has good support and the shower pressure is strong. There are no cups or kettle in the room. Avoid road-facing rooms if noise bothers you, they’re very loud. Parking is plentiful, and if the main lot fills up, there’s another one right beside the hotel.
