The staff are lovely, and the location is great. Rooms are big and very comfortable. The only thing I noticed missing was a fridge. Breakfast is basic, but has everything you'd need.

The location is good, but the rooms need repairs and maintenance. After checking in, I found the mineral water in my room had already been drunk. That's unsanitary and unsafe. I told the front desk, but they said to go directly to the cleaning staff, and I couldn't accept that response. The bedsheets were old and had a large patch too.

I stayed there for a week while I was in BKK and would love to return if I go back, which I'm sure I will. The hotel is centrally located and well connected to most nearby places. Highly recommended.

The room had a window, and I appreciated having a clothes drying rack too. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel and decor feel a little dated, though they’re properly maintained. I like the place, but they should update the Smart TVs so Netflix and YouTube are built in.

The location was fine, but it was hard for my sick mother-in-law to rest during the day. There was construction across from our room, with drilling and heavy knocking in the morning. We also had mosquitoes in the room on level 3.
