The complex itself felt peaceful, and the common areas and exterior were kept clean. The staff were kind, security was plentiful, and the location worked well for On Nut BTS, grocery stores, and my school. The gym was pretty average for weights, but usable, and there was cardio equipment and a pool too. My apartment was clean, new, bug-free, and spacious enough, though a month in it felt much too long. Units may differ, so I can't judge the whole building by this one, and the rest of the complex was much calmer than my unit. My Airbnb was the main problem. It was overpriced and seemed to promise a more upscale place than it was, with cheap furniture and fixtures and a mattress on a platform just six inches off the floor. The apartment faced the alley and was very loud from trucks unloading trash and motorbikes day and night, with no sound insulation. There was only a hotplate, no stove, and the bathroom had a handheld shower. One neighbor was horrifically loud. Inside, heavy sliding patio doors oddly separated the bedroom and kitchen from the living room.
