My boyfriend loved it, and we stayed twice. The private rooms are affordable, and the shared bathroom was always clean. Everything was super clean. There are lots of rooms, but both times it was quiet, with just us and two or three other people we saw. Mcdonalds, KFC, 7/11, the night market, and bus station were all close by. There’s a dining room, pool table, and washing and drying machines too. The one downside is getting to the center. The bus takes an hour, depending on traffic. There are no windows in the rooms, and there’s no elevator. The rooms are on the second and third floors.

There’s a local karaoke place downstairs, so you may hear some noise. Our queen room was a bit cramped for two, with almost nowhere to put our things. I also wish it had a window, since there’s no air circulation in the room. And early check-in wasn’t allowed, not even 30 minutes before the regular time, unless we paid extra. After a long flight, waiting three hours in the common area was pretty hard. The hostel itself is decent and clean. The cleaning staff kept the corridors and toilets clean all day, which I really liked. Common areas had places to sit, a microwave, and a billiard table. There’s a washing machine for 30 baht, a dryer, and lots of hangers for drying clothes. Wifi worked well. It’s a bit far from the tourist spots, but close to the metro. Food nearby is very cheap, around 50-70 baht, since it seems to be a very local district.

I had to cancel my room because the war in Iran meant we couldn't travel to Bangkok. I asked for a refund, but they never replied to my messages and wouldn't accept the messages I sent through Booking. Their behavior was a complete waste of time. I won't forgive the hotels for this.

There's a coin laundry machine, a dryer, and plenty of space to hang clothes, which came in handy. The shared bathrooms are cleaned daily and kept in good shape, and the rooms are clean with effective air conditioning. The common area is roomy and comfortable, and the price is affordable for the location. One heads-up: music from the karaoke room downstairs can be loud at night on the second and third floors. The shared bathroom has a hairdryer, but it's weak, so bring your own if you need to dry your hair fast. Good value overall.
