The first-floor common room was a lovely touch. I could sit there and make tea or coffee whenever I wanted. The location worked well too, with shops, cafes, and massage places close by, and ICONSIAM only 7-10 minutes away. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, even though it had no window. I sometimes heard noisy neighbors, but it didn't have much impact on my stay. The reception staff were kind and ready to help from the start, and I was really happy with the experience. It felt like good value, exceeded what I expected, and I'd happily come back. Thanks for having us.

The rooftop was a relaxing place to spend time, and free tea and coffee were a nice extra. There’s also a washing machine on site. The bed was really soft, everything felt clean and fresh, and the stay was quiet and restful. We enjoyed our time here.

At about 1,100 Baht a night when booking directly, the price seemed very fair for the location. The staff speak very good English, and many of them are Filipino. It's a short walk from Soi 13 to the river, and the rooftop terrace looks out over the Chao Phraya and toward ICONSIAM. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two with room to spare. I forgot to take pictures of the rooms, so I only have the rooftop view.

Our long-stay hotel was full, so we needed somewhere for one night after our flight was rescheduled a day earlier. This place was an easy walk from icon siam, just a few minutes away. The staff were all very friendly, and it was so quiet we got a peaceful night's sleep. The room was simple but spacious.
