The rooms are quite large, very clean, and have spacious bathrooms. The bed deserves a mention too, it’s comfortable and not as firm as the usual “park bench” beds in Asia. The lobby cafe coffee was great, and my friends said it was among the best they’ve had in Bangkok. Mai at reception was especially friendly and helpful. I left clothes in the wardrobe by mistake, and she went out of her way to contact me so they could be returned. A friend recommended this hotel, and they were right. It’s very good value for money. I’d absolutely recommend it.

I’m glad I stayed here for four months. Zleepmotion Hotel is convenient and clean, and the staff are nice. They made up my room each week as I’d requested. It’s in central Bangkok, with access to motorbike taxis, taxis, buses, sky train and subway. BTS Phrompong is closest; BTS Asoke and MRT Queen Sirikit aren’t far. The long-stay deal I got was the best in the area: 9,500++ THB monthly, with other expenses bringing the total to around 10,000-14,000 THB a month. My main issue was laundry. There’s no service in the hotel, so I walked 10 minutes or rode 2 minutes to the nearest launderette. A coin-operated machine on-site would help. None of the rooms has a terrace or a place to hang clothes in direct sunlight, and I worried about clothes smelling. I met other long-stay guests who were foreigners and may be used to dryers. I’m Thai and prefer sun-drying, but had no choice except to use a dryer. Such a waste of money when Thailand’s sun is so strong. I hope they make this more convenient in future. Thanks to all the staff I met for the nice service.

The surroundings have a good vibe, and the cafe downstairs fills the lower hotel corridors with a lovely smell to start the day. The rooms are great, with soft, clean beds. The showers and toilets are comfortable, and the free wifi is great.

The owner is warm, the Wi-Fi reliable, and the coffee shop delightful. Big C and local eateries are close by. Pad Thai and Bua Loy were my favorites. It’s within walking distance of public transport, about 17 minutes to BTS and 12 to MRT. This is a nice monthly rental hotel. Laundry is up to you. There’s a self-service place within a 10-minute walk. Some rooms may also get traffic noise, which is common near the main road.
