That beach view from the big pool is so good. The hotel is spotless and clearly well cared for, and the food was great too. The restaurant even made me a gluten-free breakfast, with a picture of the gluten-free pancake 😊. The staff really made the stay, always doing their best to keep us comfortable. The shuttle into the city was a handy extra.

The pool villa was a great find, though I can only speak for that room. It had a spacious lounge and dining area, a big bedroom with a king-size bed, and a roomy bathroom with both a separate shower and tub. The resort is right on the beach and the facilities were first class. Breakfast had loads of choice, but dinner was less impressive: my duck Penong was tough and didn't have much flavor. I also found the bed hard, and the vinyl furniture felt below what I expected from a 5-star place. Still, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back if I get the chance.

Breakfast was decent, with plenty to choose from in the buffet and a large dining room with a nice view. The grounds are pleasant to walk around, with paths and stairs connecting the three big buildings along the beach, though the slopes vary. The large pool sits across a small road from the sea. My sleep was poor. I picked the wrong pillow, and the air conditioner kept cutting out during the night. Then, around 6:15 PM, just as I was heading to the pool, the room's air conditioning and lights went off. Reception sent a technician, who spent about 40 minutes coming in and out to fix it. By then the pool had closed. I brought it up at checkout, because the hotel could have handled the situation better.

There’s plenty for different generations here: kids have a pool and water slides, while adults can use the spa and fitness center or take a quiet walk by the beach. Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of choices for all ages. The rooms are large, clean, and served by elevators, and the staff were especially attentive and friendly with older guests. The resort is spacious, with ramps and level paths that made getting around easier for seniors and wheelchair users. A peaceful choice for a family trip with children and grandparents.

We’ve already been back twice in the last few weeks. The rooms are amazing, the pool is great, and the beach is extremely close. The service is next level too, especially King 👑, who was so welcoming and kind.
