There were no activities during Covid, so I can offer a fair review.

A very cozy condo and hotel with a nice design and really friendly staff. There are two swimming pools, plus separate saunas and jacuzzis for men and women. Car parking inside the building is safe and there's plenty of space.

The large rooms have that classic older condo style. It's quiet and private, with the best view and breeze.

It's on the beach, though the building is dated. Management is very Thai styled, and you need a card to access the facilities.

Cha-Am Grand Condotel, not a hotel.
