We stayed nine nights while visiting Cha-am and Huahin, after picking this as the cheapest place around. It turned out to be charming, quiet, and had a really good atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant has classic Thai dishes for reasonable hotel prices, around 60-80 baht, and there's a café too. We booked a regular room, though I wish we'd tried the wooden bungalow. Our room was really clean, the sheets smelled of detergent, and they brought fresh bottled water every day. The shower had strong pressure and hot water. The Wi-Fi was among the best we'd had in a cheap hotel in a long time. I highly recommend it!

The garden was lovely, and even though the bungalows are only about a meter apart, nobody was next to our room, so it wasn't noisy. The wooden room looks nice from outside because it's real wood, but it isn't wood inside. Our room was okay, but it smelled so bad the first night that I had to use my inhaler the whole time 😆. The big bed had a comfy mattress. It's a cheap price if you don't mind too much.

The kitchen staff seem miserable, which might explain why there are no customers. It's a bit expensive for what you get. Huge sliding doors and windows open straight onto the bed, so anyone walking by can see you in bed!

The gardens are beautiful and well kept, and the setup feels relaxed and very quiet. It's not really near anything, though I knew that going in. The place matches the pictures. Reception could be a little friendlier, which might help bring in more guests.
