It's neat and clean, with room for 8-10 people. Household appliances are provided, and there's plenty of space.

The villa is well kept, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. There's a beautiful pool and sea view, plus a large living room with a high ceiling that feels comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the barbecue equipment is good quality.

The kitchen is small and could use better equipment, and there are lots of mosquitoes. Upstairs, the air-conditioning isn't very efficient. The residence is comfortable for 10 people and was quiet because it was low season. Someone was in charge for late arrivals.

A great hideaway for a group looking to get away from the busy city and enjoy a quiet, serene atmosphere. The place has everything you need for a nice vacation in cha-am.

My family was so happy here, and we'll bring them back. The house is beautiful and very clean, right by the beach, with a sea view from the living room. It felt private and quiet, with just our family using the pool and the sea. A happy family trip :)
