I loved my stay. The room was clean, roomy, and had a balcony, plus a fridge, microwave, sink, and cable TV. The owner and staff were nice, and the price was very good. The beach is close, about half a block away. I was there for the last three days of September 2018.

The owners are great people, helpful and interesting to talk with. I’ve stayed at Dream Boutique several times over the past five years or so, and I’ll keep coming back. Rooms run from 600b to 1200b. This time I had a queen room for 800b for seven nights, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve found in Thailand, where beds are often rock hard. There’s a recliner, desk, wardrobe, full-size fridge, kitchenette with sink and dishes, microwave, kettle, and a balcony with a table and chairs. The AC was quiet, the shower had hot water, and the Wifi was strong and fast. The TV’s a little old but worked fine, with a few English channels. You won’t find extras like shampoo or ear buds, but everything else you need for a comfortable stay is there. It’s quiet at night, and I slept well. The beach is a two-minute walk away, with lots of restaurants, som tam carts, seafood stalls, and a 7-11 nearby. Beer bars and a sports bar are a short walk down Soi Bus Station.
